It does cost money to put on a competition like this, and our aim is to raise money for our causes, not just spend it on a fun day out.
Sponsorship can take different forms. Some examples:
- Ken Spain of KS Productions is doing all the photography for the event for free.
- Bluey Home Loans is donating a race track lap in a custom built BMW race car (valued at $1,800).
- Apex Legal has covered the cost of all the trophies.
- P&V wines has contributed a box of wine hand selected by Mike Bennie to the value of $500.
- Public Dining Room in Balmoral and The Pines Cronulla have each donated a $250 restaurant voucher.
